The Taylor Report is the quarterly on-line publication for and about urban communities. Created by Carl Taylor and Virgil Taylor, the publication is designed to provide useful, interesting, fun information for people living and working in urban cities throughout the globe. Using traditional methods coupled with new and emerging technology, The Taylor Report is a virtual portal where the visitor can be entertained and informed about topics of interest to urban dwellers as well as people simply interested in urban living.
